    | 1. Fry bacon in a large skillet until crispy- remove bacon& set aside. | 2. Keep bacon grease in pan. | 3. Add chopped onion and garlic to pan- sautee until onion is transparent. | 4. Drain 1/2 liquid out of can of tomatoes and add to the pan. | 5. Add tarragon,red pepper,salt,and olive oil. | 6. Simmer over medium heat for 15 minutes. | 7. Cook fettucine in salted boiling water until al dente and then drain. | 8. Add to tomato mixture until coated. | 9.
