    | 1. Preheat oven to 350 degrees. | 2. add all ingredients to mixing boll except for rolls and provolone cheese. Using hands, mix ingredients together thoroughly. | 3. roll meat mixture into 1in to 1 1/2 diameter balls. place balls onto greased baking sheet. | 4. Bake meatballs for 25-30 or until internal temperature of meatballs reach 165 degrees. | 5. Heat pasta sauce on low until heated through. | 6. Once meatballs are done cooking, let rest about 10 minutes. | 7. Slice rolls length wise down the middle and place on baking sheet. turn oven to broil. | 8. Place 2-3 meatballs inside sliced rolls, spoon pasta sauce and 1 slice provolone cheese on top. | 9. broil for 1-2 minutes or until cheese melts. | ---------------------------------------------------------------------------
