    | 1. Finely chop the mushrooms and garlic cloves in a food processor. (I leave a few out, and roughly chop them, to make the sauce chunky.). | 2. Saute all the mushroom and garlic in olive oil on medium high heat in an deep saute pan or an everyday pan. | 3. After 2-3 minutes, add oregano, basil, garlic powder and onion powder, and red pepper. | 4. Continue cooking for an additional 3-4 minutes. | 5. Add the tomato sauce and the crushed and diced tomatoes. | 6. Salt and pepper to taste. | 7. Simmer, mostly covered, for about an hour, stirring regularly. | 8. If the sauce gets too thick, add some water to thin it out. | 9. Serve over noodles. | ---------------------------------------------------------------------------
