    | 1. Chicken Cacciatore: | 2. Slice mushrooms and onion, crush garlic. | 3. Heat oil in pan, fry chicken pieces until golden brown. | 4. Remove from pan, drain well. | 5. Add onion, mushrooms and garlic to pan, saute until onion is tender. | 6. Return chicken to the pan, add ndrained, mashed tomatoes, bayleaf and wine. | 7. Cook slowly, covered, for 45 minutes, or until chicken is tender. | 8. Remove bay leaf and leave Cacciatore to cool. | 9. Remove chicken from the bones and shred. Stir back into the sauce. | 10. Spread 2 cups of chicken cacciatore over the pizza base. | 11. sprinkle cheeses over the top. | 12.
