    | 1. Cut chicken into pieces; wash,dry and place chicken in a bowl. | 2. Season with salt, pepper, garlic and 1 tablespoon of oil and toss chicken. | 3. Cook in oven at 400 degrees for 15 minutes, then lower oven to 350 degrees and cook for 45 minutes. | 10. If liquid evaporates, add a 1/2 cup of water during baking. | 11.
