    | 1. In a Huge skillet or Dutch oven cook sausage, beef, onion, green pepper and garlic over medium heat and cook until meat is browned. | 2. Drain. | 3. Add tomato sauce, tomato paste, water, and seasonings and bring to a boil. | 4. Reduce heat, cover and simmer for 20 minutes, stirring a few times. | 5. Remove from heat and stir in noodles. | 6. Grease two 13x9x2 inch baking dishes. | 7. Quickly stir in cubed mozzarella and divide lasagne between the two dishes evenly. | 8. Top with shredded cheddar and olives, if using. | 9.
