    | 1. Cook pasta according to package directions,drain,reserving a small amount of cooking water. | 2. Return pasta to pot,tossing with olive oil,salt and pepper. | 3. Melt butter in large,non-stick skillet over medium heat. | 4. Add shallot and cook until tender,about 2-3 minutes. | 5. Stir in cream and white wine. | 6. Bring to boil. | 7. Add peas and cook until tender,2-3 minutes. | 8. Stir in prosciutto and parmesan,cook for 1 minute. | 9. Add pasta and toss to coat well. | 10. Top with additional parmesan if desired. | 11.
