    | 1. Cook the tortellini according to the package directions, and drain. | 2. In a large bowl, gently combine all ingredients from the diced tomatoes through the salt. | 3. Gently mix the tortellini into the sauce mixture. | 4. Preheat the oven to 375°F. | 5. Grease an 8x8-inch square baking dish, and put half of the tortellini mixture on the bottom of the dish. | 6. Sprinkle half of the mozzarella cheese, and put the rest of the tortellini mixture on top. | 7. Sprinkle the rest of the mozzarella cheese on top, and sprinkle the Parmesan cheese on top of that. | 8.
