Using a bread knife, slice into 1/2-inch wide slices. | 14. Place slices in a single layer on baking sheet. | 15. Return to oven for about 10-12 minutes, or until lightly golden brown. | 16. Remove from oven and place cookies on a cooling rack. | 17.
