Taste and adjust seasoningswith salt and pepper if necessary. | 6. Turn off flame. | 7. Add pasta and stir until well coated. | 8. If sauce seems dry, add remaining 1/2 cup of reserved pasta water. | 9. Stir in parmesan cheese. | 10.
