    | 1. In bowl, beat egg with salt, seasoning, red pepper flakes and garlic. | 2. Add chopped onion, beef, pork, bread crumbs and parmesan. | 3. Mix well. | 4. Shape into 1 ½” balls. | 5. Place meatballs in 5 qt or larger crock pot. | 6. In same bowl, mix tomato sauce with wine and pour over meatballs. | 7. Cover and cook on low til meatballs are no longer pink in the middle, 5-6 hours. | 8.
