    | 1. Cook noodles (either microwave or boil, I usually boil) In a large bowl, mix together the ingredients for the sauce. | 2. Spread 1/2 cup over the bottom of a 12 by 8 by 2 inch microwave safe dish. | 3. Mix cooked,drained ground beef with remaining sauce. | 4. In small bowl, mix together filling ingredients. | 5. Layer 3 noodles, half of cottage cheese mixture, half of Mzzarella, half of tomato sauce in dish. | 6. Repeat layers. | 7. Sprinkle Parmesan over top. | 8. Cover with waxed paper. | 9. Microwave at High for 20 to 26 minutes, rotating dish1/4 turn every 8 minutes (if no turntable). | 10.
