    | 1. In a large frying pan, cook mushrooms and onions in oil over medium heat for 5 minutes. | 2. Add the shrimp and cook until it turns pink about 2-3 minutes. | 3. Add the snow peas and let cook 3-4 minutes. | 6. Put the shrimp mixture back into the pan. | 7. Add the wine to the pan and deglaze. | 8. Stir in the cream,salt,thyme,pepper and tomato. | 9. Let sauce simmer for 5 minutes for until it has slightly thickened. | 10. Cook pasta. | 11.
