    | 1. In 2 tbsp of oil cook over medium heat all the veggies for about 5-7 minutes. | 2. Add sauce, paste, wine, oregano, basil, marjoram, garlic and salt. | 3. Stir well and let simmer for 20 minutes. | 4. Place in a greased 9"X13" pan and sprinkle with mozzarella cheese. | 5. Place pan in preheated 400 degree oven. | 6. Quickly start to make popover batter. | 7. Beat eggs, milk, and oil in large bowl. | 8. Add flour and salt. | 9. Beat until very smooth. | 10. Pour over the the veggie dish and be sure to spread popover mixture to the edges. | 11.
