    | 1. Crack egg whites into small bowl. | 2. Mix flour, paprika, salt, and pepper into pie dish or onto plate. | 3. Dip cut tenders into egg white. | 4. Roll tenders with egg into flour, coating on both sides. | 5. Heat olive oil in shallow frying pan. | 6. Place tenders in frying pan, cooking 10-15 minutes, turning occasionally, until chicken is cooked through. | 7. Transfer tenders to plate and dump oil out of pan. | 8. Return tenders to pan and add Italian dressing. | 9. Cook for another 5 minutes until some of the dressing has carmelized. | 10.
