    | 1. Boil water for pasta. | 2. Finely mince the shallot and garlic cloves and add to hot saucepan with olive oil and saute. Season with salt and pepper to taste. | 3. Add mushrooms and saute. Then pour in chicken broth and reduce. | 4. Add pasta to boiling water and season with salt. Boil until al dente. | 5. After mushrooms are fully cooked, add in cream, tomato sauce and paste, and combine. | 6. Simmer for about 5 minutes season with cayenne pepper, and add chicken and basil if your using it. | 7.
