    | 1. In a large bowl, combine 1 1/2 C flour, sugar, yeast, seasoning and salt. | 2. Gradually add oil and water, beating with whisk or mixer on low till well mixed. | 3. Add in remaining flour to make a soft dough. | 4. Knead dough till smooth, about 3 minutes. | 5. Cover with a towel and let rest 10 minutes. | 6. Roll dough into a 14X10 rectangle, and layer deli meats and cheese down center third of dough from end to end. | 7. With a sharp knife, make slits on both outer thirds of the dough about one inch apart. | 8. Alternating sides, fold the strips over filling at an angle,"braiding" the dough. | 9.
