    | 1. In large bowl, combine eggs, sugar, vanilla, oil, and zucchini; beat well. | 2. In small bowl, sift together flour, powder, soda, cinnamon, and salt. | 3. Add to zucchini and mix well. | 4. Stir in raisins and walnuts. | 5. Pour into 2 greased and floured loaf pans. Don't overfill. | 6. Bake at 375 F for about 1 hour or until toothpick comes out clean. | 7.
