    | 1. Combine all filling ingredients (except raisins) and beat well. | 2. Set aside. | 3. Dissolve yeast in 1/2 cup of the warm milk. | 4. Combine the flour, sugar, salt and eggs. | 5. Add remainder of the milk, butter and yeast mixture. | 6. Beat until elastic. | 7. Sprinkle top with a little flour and cover with a cloth. | 8. Let stand in a warm place until double in size. | 9. Punch down. | 10. Divide the dough into 2 pieces. | 11. Put on floured board and roll out into a rectangle. | 12. Spread with cooled filling and sprinkle with raisins. | 13. Roll like a jelly roll. | 14. Place in greased pan and let stand to rise again. | 15.
