    | 1. Preheat oven to 160 C. | 2. Grease a 20 x 30 cm lamington pan and line with baking paper. | 3. Sift flour, baking powder, cinnamon, salt and nutmeg into big bowl. | 4. Stir in sugar, make well in centre, add milk and butter. | 5. Using wooden spoon, stir till smooth. | 6. Spoon into prepared pan, smooth top. | 7. Sprinkle with walnuts. | 8.
