    | 1. For pasrty: Cut shortening, cream cheese, flour and caraway seeds together into crumbs or small clumps. | 2. Add salt and water. | 3. Form into dough. | 4. Roll dough into 2 rectangles of approximately 11X9 inches. | 5. Set aside. | 6. For Filling: Spread salad dressing on pastry rectangles. | 7. Top with layers of corned beef, swiss cheese and sauerkraut. | 8. Fold in ends of dough. | 9. Roll up to jelly roll fashion. | 10. Seal the roll. | 11. Bake at 450 for 15 to 20 minutes. | 12. Slice the roll up into 1 inch slices. | 13. May insert party toothpicks if desired. | 14.
