    | 1. Brush steaks with melted butter. | 2. Trim and cut into fat to prevent curling, and grill for 7-8 minutes each side. | 3. --To make sauce, gently fry onions in remainder of butter until cooked. | 4. Remove from heat cover with foil then whisk flour gradually into pan. | 5. Add water or stock. | 6. Return to heat. | 7. Add brown sugar, Dijon, and vinegar and bring to the boil. | 8. Lower heat and simmer gently for about 3-5 minutes to cook flour. | 9. If sauce seems a little thick, add more water. | 10. Add whiskey and season to taste. | 11.
