    | 1. In skillet, saute celery and onion in 1 Tablespoon butter. | 2. Put into a large bowl. | 3. Add croutons, milk, parsley, salt, paprika, and pepper. | 4. Mix well. | 5. Cut a pocket in each chop, fill with stuffing. | 6. Brown chops in remaining 2 Tablespoons butter. | 7. Put chops in a greased 9x9 inch baking pan. | 8. Pour broth over chops. | 9. Cover and bake at 350 degrees Fahrenheit for 45 minutes. | 10. Remove chops and keep warm. | 11. Pour pan drippings into a saucepan. | 12. Mix cornstarch and water. | 13.
