    | 1. Put flour into a bowl, add sugar, make a dent in the middle where you put the yeast. | 2. Add the sugar and a little of the milk and mix well. | 3. Let the dough rest for 15 minutes (cover bowl with towel). | 4. Add the rest of the milk and mix well again. | 5. Let rest for another 30 minute. | 6. Roll dough and put on a baking plate. | 7. Make a raised edge of the dough. | 8. For the topping: fry the ham in butter. | 9. Add the sliced onions and fry until they are soft and glassy. | 10. Mix eggs with pepper, salt, sour cream and cummin/nutmeg. | 11. Add to the onions. | 12. Put everything ontop of the dough. | 13.
