    | 1. Preheat oven to 400º F. | 2. Saute bacon. | 3. Drain most of the fat from the pan. | 4. Add the onions and saute until clear. | 5. Do not brown. | 6. Set aside to cool. | 7. Beat the eggs and sour cream together in a medium-sized bowl. | 8. Sprinkle the flour over the top and beat it into the sour cream mixture. | 9. Stir in the salt and pepper. | 10. Prick the bottom of the pie shell several times with a fork. | 11. Spread the onions and bacon over the bottom of the pie shell. | 12. Pour the sour cream mixture over the top. | 13. Bake for 15 minutes. | 14. Reduce heat to 350ºF. | 15. and bake for another 15 minutes or until pie is nicely browned. | 16.
