    | 1. Drop the potatoes into enough boiling water to cover. Boil until they show just the slightest resistance when pieces with the point of a sharp knife. Dont overcook. | 2. Drain in a coloander, then peel and cut into 1/4 inch slices. Set aside in a bowl covered in foil. | 3. In a 2 - 3 quart saucepan, combine all the ingredients except lemon juice. Bring to a boil stirring occasionally. Reduce the heat to low and simmer for 5 minutes. Remove from heat and stir in lemon juice. | 4. Pour the sauce over the potato slices, turning to coat evenly.
