    | 1. Boil your potatoes about 40 min until done., drain. Peel the skins off and slice or chop the potatoes up (preferred method still while the potatoes are warm)and place in a large mixing bowl. Pour the cider vinegar over the potatoes and stir once- Let them sit for 1 hour to soak up good. | 2. Slice up red onion and add them to potatoes as well as the olive oil.
