    | 1. Combine the butter into the flour, add salt, sugar, egg and cream. | 2. Let the dough rest in fridge for 1 hour or more before the dough is rolled out in 1/4" thicknes. | 3. Cut into two round cakes- the size of the springform. | 4. The one cake is for the bottom, and the other for the lid, as well as the sides of the springform. | 5. Peel the apples and cut into thin slices. | 6. Layer into the cake-pan and sprinkle with sugar, raisins and chopped almonds. | 7. Add the"lid" and press the edges well together. | 8. Combine the topping, and stir till white. | 9. Spread over the"lid" and puncture the dough with a fork here and there. | 10. Bake in a 200 degree celcium oven for about 1 hour. | 11.
