Lemon and Dill Fish With Red Cabbage and Caraway over Mashed Pot

Place the fish on a broiler pan coated with cooking spray; broil 10 to 12 minutes or until fish flakes easily when tested with a fork. | 16. Drizzle lemon juice over fish. | 17.
