    | 1. In a mixer with the paddle attachment, mix the flour, sugar, and salt well. | 2. Then add oil and water until dough forms. | 3. Roll dough out 1/8-thick. | 4. With a 3-inch ring, cut out circles of dough. | 5. In a bowl mix guava jelly, mango, mint and lemon juice well. | 6. Spoon a little guava filling in the center of a circle of dough. | 7. Fold over the sides and brush with a little egg wash. | 8. Crimp the edges. | 9. Repeat process until all dough and filling is used. | 10. Fry empanadas in 375 degree oil until golden. | 11.
