    | 1. Preheat oven to 350. Warm 4 individual baking dishes. | 2. heat oil in a large frying pan and fry the bacon and chorizo, to give off fat. Throw in the crumbs and brown quickly, scooping them on to a paper towel with a slotted spoon. | 12.
