    | 1. Melt 1/4 cup butter in skillet. | 2. Add the onions and green pepper and cook until tender. | 3. Stir in pimiento. | 4. Place half of mixture in shallow greased baking dish. Sprinkle with 1/2 cup Swiss cheese and 1/2 cup cracker crumbs. Repeat layers of cheese and onions. | 5. Beat eggs with cream, salt and pepper. Add the minced garlic. | 6. Pour over onions in baking dish. | 7. Mix the remaining 1/2 cup cracker crumbs with remaining 2 tablespoons melted butter. Sprinkle over top of dish. | 8.
