    | 1. Preheat oven to 400 degrees. | 2. Cook beans in boiling water 3 minutes. | 3. Drain and rinse under cold water, set aside. | 4. Stir in vinegar, basil and oregano, cook 2 minutes. | 7. Remove from heat. | 8. Arrange beans in a 11 x 7 inch baking dish coated with veggie spray. | 9. Top with onion mixture. | 10. Arrange tomatoes on top of onion mixture and sprinkle with cheese. | 11.
