    | 1. Combine ground beef, onion, and garlic. Fry until ground beef is no longer pink. Remove from heat. | 2. Combine 1 cup cheese, eggs, salt, and Italian seasoning. Add to the ground beef mixture and mix well. | 3. Cook manicotti according to directions on box and set aside. (1/2 pkg. is 6 manicotti). | 4. Stuff meat mixture into the cooked manicotti. | 5. Spread a small amount of the sauce on the bottom of a 9" X 13" baking dish. Put stuffed manicotti in dish. Pour spaghetti sauce over them. Sprinkle with remaining 1 cup cheese. | 6. Cover with foil. | 7. Bake in a preheated 375F oven for 20 minutes. | 8.
