    | 1. Crush cereal with a rolling pin. Mix with milk and let stand 5 minutes. | 2. Combine flour, flax meal, brown sugar, carrot, sugar, coconut, baking powder, cinnamon and salt. Stir in apple. | 3. Beat eggs. Stir in vanilla. | 4. Stir oil into cereal mixture. Stir egg mixture into cereal mixture. | 5. Stir in dry mixture, just until combined. | 6. Spoon into a gresed or paper cup lined 12-cup muffin pan. | 7. Bake in a preheated 375F oven for 22 minutes or until done.
