    | 1. Sauté seafood and shallots in 3 tablespoons butter and seafood seasoning. | 2. Cook 5 minutes. | 3. Sprinkle with 1/4 cup chicken broth,salt and pepper. | 4. Set aside. | 5. Sauté mushrooms in 1 tablespoon of butter. | 6. Add to seafood. | 7. In another pan melt the remaining butter and add flour to make paste. | 8. Add milk, chicken broth, Emeril's Essence and tomato paste stir until smooth. | 9. Combine sauce and seafood mixture and place in a casserole or individual ramekins. | 10.
