    | 1. In a skillet melt the butter over medium heat. | 2. Add mushrooms. | 3. Cook until the mushrooms are well browned and the liquid has cooked down (about 35 minutes). | 4. Stir in the lemon pepper. | 5. thyme,cayenne& salt and remove from heat. | 6. Combine egg yolks with cream. | 7. Add 1/4 of the mushroom mixture to the egg yolks, stirring well. | 8. Combine yolk mixture with mushrooms in the skillet. | 9. Cook over low heat for 2-3 minutes. | 10. Remove from heat and pour into a 3 cup container. | 11. Chill& firm. | 12.
