    | 1. Preheat oven to 325F degrees. | 2. Grease a baking sheet and set aside. | 3. Beat egg white in a large bowl with a fork or whisk until foamy. | 4. Stir in two cups of unsalted nuts until coated (amounts listed are my favourites, but any combination can be used, as can other nuts such as peanuts or walnuts). | 5. Stir in sugar and spices; toss with nuts until coated. | 6. Put nuts onto prepared baking sheet. | 7. Spread out well. | 8. Bake, stirring often, until golden-- about 20-25 minutes . | 9.
