    | 1. Preheat at 350 degrees. | 2. Line an 11x7x1 1/2 inch or 9x9x2 inch pan with foil. | 3. Spray foiled pan with cooking spray and set aside. | 4. In large bowl beat butter with wire whisk until soft. | 5. Beat or whisk in sugars,baking powder and soda and salt. | 6. Beat or whisk in eggs and vanilla until combined. | 7. Wisk or with electric beater in flour on low speed. | 8. Stir in dried cranberries and white chocolate. | 9. Spread batter in pan. | 10. Sprinkle with fresh cranberries,press in lightly. | 11.
