    | 1. If possible, make the dressing several hours before you intend to serve. | 2. Combine all dressing ingredients in food processor and blend until satin smooth. | 3. (Makes 1 cup.). | 4. Toast the chopped almonds in a preheated 350 degree oven until lightly browned. Watch carefully, as they burn easily. | 5. Set aside. | 6. Combine celery, apples, chives/onions and raisins in a large bowl. | 7. Toss with dressing until thoroughly mixed. | 8.
