    | 1. Preheat the oven to 400 degrees F. | 2. Lightly grease two non-stick muffin pans or line with paper muffin cups. | 3. In a separate bowl, beat together the applesauce, sugar, oil and eggs until well mixed. | 5. Stir in the milk and molasses. | 6. Add to the dry ingredients, stirring just enough to moisten. Be careful not to overmix. | 7. Spoon into the prepared muffin pans. | 8.
