    | 1. In Dutch oven, heat the oil. | 2. Add garlic, bell pepper, celery and onions. | 3. Sauté until soft. | 4. Add the beef, salt, pepper, basil, oregano and parsley. | 5. Cook until crumbly. | 6. Add tomato paste, tomato sauce,balsamic vinegar and water. | 7. Simmer for 1-2 hours. | 8. In bowl, blend the eggs and ricotta cheese. | 9. In a 9x13 baking pan, layer ½ of meat sauce, ½ of noodles, all the ricotta cheese mixture and ½ half of the mozzarella cheese. | 10. Repeat the noodles and mozzarella cheese. | 11. Top with remaining meat sauce. | 12. Bake, covered, at 350 degrees for 15 minutes. | 13. Uncover and continue baking for 20 minutes or until it bubbles. | 14. Sprinkle with Parmesan cheese. | 15.
