    | 1. Rub dijon on chicken. In a bowl mix flour, rosemary, thyme & salt. Place chicken in flour mixture. Transfer chicken to skillet with oil and water and brown for 2-3 minutes per side. Add vinegar and lemon juice and cook for additional few seconds, remove from the pan. In same skillet, saute mushrooms and garlic, then add to chicken.
