Combine eggs and milk; gradually stir into grits. | 7. Stir in shrimp, garlic and 1 cup of the cheese. | 8. Spoon into a lightly greased 11 x 7-inch baking dish. | 9. Sprinkle with remaining 1/2 cup cheese. | 10. Bake at 350 degrees F for 30 minutes. | 11. Let stand 5 minutes. | 12.
