    | 1. Cook noodles while assembling the rest of this dish in a large skillet or 3 quart pan. | 2. Brown ground meat. | 3. When nearly browned, add onion and bell pepper and saute until soft. | 4. If using fresh mushrooms, add them and cook.until almost done. | 5. Stir in cream cheese, soup and milk.and stir well. | 6. Add corn.and If using canned mushrooms, add them now. | 7. Season with salt and pepper to taste. | 8. Bring to a boil. | 9. Lower heat and simmer for about 30 minutes. | 10. Mixture should be fairly moist before adding the noodles. | 11.
