    | 1. Preheat oven to 400 degrees. | 2. Mix the olive oil, curry powder, sugar, lemon juice, salt and pepper in a small mixing bowl. | 3. Place the washed and well drained cauliflower florets in a 13 x 9 inch baking dish; pour the oil mixture over the florets and toss gently. | 4. Cover with foil and bake 15 minutes; remove from oven and stir in almonds mixing lightly. | 5.
