    | 1. Heat oil and add onions, garlic cilantro cook until onions are softened. | 2. Stir in Cayenne and Curry powder to heat the spices. | 3. Add water (stock) and the full can of tomatoes with juices. | 4. Bring to boil. | 5. Add peanut butter and lower heat allow the peanut butter to dissolve. | 6. (I use my immersion blender to puree at this point to make a smooth soup). | 7. Add coconut milk and salt to taste ,simmer. | 8.
