    | 1. Marinate chicken in spice mixture for 30 minutes. You may want to chop the chicken first, but whole breasts work fine. | 2. Heat olive oil in pan over medium high heat. Add chicken and cook until golden, about 3 minutes per side. Transfer to tagine, cook on medium-low heat. Add onions and garlic. Cook ten minutes. You can either leave the tagine top open a crack, or let out steam occasionally. Then add olives, fruit, lemon zest, chicken broth, and water. Cook 30 minutes. | 3.
