    | 1. Pudding:. | 2. Preheat the oven to 180º Celsius/ 360ºF. | 3. Mix together the baking soda and half a cup of milk. Put aside. | 4. Grease an oven dish. I used a 20 x 30cm. | 5. Mix together the rest of the ingredients, remember you already used ½ a cup of milk. | 6. Add the baking soda mix. | 7. Pour mixture into dish, bake till golden brown. | 8. Before you pour the sauce over the pudding remember to press holes in the pudding with a fork, DO NOT let the pudding cool completely before you pour the sauce over, begin with the sauce a while before the pudding is ready. | 9. Sauce:. | 10. Mix everything together till it begins to boil. | 11. Pour over pudding. | 12. Let it stand for a while. | 13.
