    | 1. Peel the pumpkin and cut into 5cm cubes. | 2. Heat butter and brown the meat in the pot with onions, ginger, chilli, garlic, cardamom and coriander seeds. Note: Its flavour is derived from meat and vegetable juices. Very little liquid is added. | 9. The 200ml water listed among the ingredients should be used sparingly and with discretion throughout cooking. It is used only to prevent the bredie from sticking to the pot.
